If I was a betting man, I'd say small chance the scenario is real, big chance that this is a clever move by his / Kim's PR team to reverse the night before and get people on side. This is a negative on both of them right

Reminds me of examples where celebs or sportsmen get caught doing drugs and then claim depression. Seems to work every time.
