While the album was aight, it was pretty boring because nothing interesting is happening with the vocals, boring flow, weak delivery, singing like a kareoke at a frat party, mediocre bars and most songs try to be about something but end up being about nothing like a drunk person rambling tryna get his point across. Still again, mad potential from the basic structure of the songs, he just needs to spend more time on the music or incorporate more high caliber features, sampled bridges and hooks etc. Then he might drop a 4+ mic album again, him alone, nah.

I'll keep 3 songs and it's obvious why,
1. The one Pierre Bourne produced, the only problem is that it's not Playboi Carti creative stupid flow but Kanye rambling
2. The Clipse joint, the only thing missing is switching out Kanye with 2 additional clipse verses
3. The intro, obvious

This is a Gospel album so I expected it to just be Praise songs. Maybe his next album he’ll be more personal about his lifestyle now, but as a Christian this seems like he just wanted to give God the glory and shine and not make it about himself.

"Hands On" is one of the couple tracks I like.

And Big Quint is my favorite review/reaction person on YouTube. When he reviewed D'angelo's album and he got to "The Charade"
