BET is just another part of VIACOM I don't seperate it from damn VH1 so of course I don't belive in their opinion on hiphop...Especially since some of those shows they have should be on BET instead of VH1...All of the Hip hops, and the shows should be on BET...

what hip-hop shows? that reality tv stuff? those arent hip-hop shows.

and i could just imagine the backlash BET would get if they were the ones airing "love & hip-hop".

That award show is for the lowest common denominator of Black Americans. Sure, I grew up watching it but after a while (somewhere during University, assuming you wasnt in the HBCU Rec rooms watchin wit Keisha n dem ), we could see that this was NOT A QUALITY product. I haven't seen a drop of BET in MONTHS. Crazy. I don't even miss those awards.

Blacks need to step their entertainment consumption either UP (in quality) or DOWN (in quantity - and skip this 4hr infomercial).
