The album was critically acclaimed but it wasnt received well from the fans, tricky situation because I still think Yeezus is his best album by far and with the backlash, Im sure hes gonna backtrack and supress the experimentation on his future projects and continue making that watered down pop bullshyt for the mainstream. nikkas who still say Graduation and College Dropout are his best albums need to kill themselves

I used to watch all that shyt, breh. I'm just blessed to be out of that matrix :blessed:

Enjoy tho, breh. :ld: It's a decent escape for a few hours....but all them commercials. :sadcam:

i havnt really watched it in years.

im just saying. people are quick to talk chit about the BET awards on here, but then turn around and praise shows that are worst.

if you dont fit that mold, then cool. just remember to post all this during grammy & VMA time.

really tho

that ain't gangsta

Im sure he is devastated, :lolbron:. BET Awards and Soul Train Awards make great interior decorations for the shed/the attic/the cardboard box in the basement.

Yeezus - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
"Based on 146 individual year-end top ten lists compiled by Metacritic, Yeezus was the most critically acclaimed album of 2013, appearing on 61 lists and being named first on 18 of them.:banderas:In October 2013, Complex named Yeezus the sixth best hip hop album of the last five years. Yeezus was rated as album of the year by nine publications. Spin named it the best album of 2013, writing, "Yeezus was a thorny tangram puzzle of boxy headbanger blats that exemplified a year of equally stripped-down, basal pleasures." The A.V. Club named it the best album of 2013 saying "It’s magnificent, and it sounds like absolutely nothing else."Rolling Stone named it the second best album of 2013, comparing it in concept to Reed's polarizing 1975 album Metal Machine Music: "No wonder the late, great Lou Reed embraced Yeezus, since it's basically the Metal Machine Music concept translated into futuristic hip-hop, all industrial overload and hypertense egomania and hostile vibes."[Exclaim! also named it the hip hop album of the year.[NME named it the second best album of the year calling it "his most sonically challenging album to date."[Stereogum, Pigeons and Planes, TIME and Complex also named Yeezus the best album of 2013"

this generation :dead:. I'm 30..soo i'll assume you're around the same age.

it obviously was your intent to start a self hating c00n thread against the joke that has become BET. but all music television and their award shows are trash.
