did anyone actually see this commercial? the only site i'm seeing reporting this is "larrybrownsports.com" and i haven't seen a video of the commercial or anything. did you watch it live? does a video of this commercial exist?

Because the commercial was ran locally. They added another show to his Southern California dates and that is what was being promoted. Just because we watch the same show doesn't mean we see all the same commercials. It's a mix of national and local advertising campaigns.

My thoughts are that it's disgusting and disappointing that Kanye getting mocked for acting like a petulant 13 year old and attention whoring for publicity is being conflated with actual, legitimate issues involving race and such...positioning Kanye as some kind of racial martyr, because he generally acts like a jackass and manipulates media to feed into his "Kanye the conversvial neo-rock star" character, is a disservice to us all if we expect to discuss certain things and have them be taken seriously

It is a promo scheme and I'm not reading an article that is trying to spin Kanye's ego any way. Those long line of black entertainers they want to compare him to NEVER pulled the antics he has over the years.
