Most important - CD
Most influential - 808s
Most loved - LR

It's a tie for me between 808s & CD. I was in college when CD dropped & it changed the game completely. Went thru a bad breakup during 808s. Tbh, 808s was ahead of its time. I love both equally

First 3 are good. All just about equal. The rest are garbage

Late Registration is basically a polished College Dropout.
Graduation is his most balanced.
MBDTF is his most "epic"/detailed one

There's an endearing quality for pretty much all of Kanye's album outside of Yeezus, where he missed what he wanted to execute IMO and was by far his worst lyrical outing. Still liked 6 out of 11 though.

Late Registration is the first time Ye actually did something unique to change his sound (hook up with Jon Brion). Prior to that, I don't think a hip hop producer ever hooked up with a known movie score producer, especially right after one of his best scores (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind), to make a full length album. Late Reg legitimately broke new ground in pop rap.

But I prefer Graduation overall. More bounce. Call me a Ye hater if you must. All his albums are :trash: to me but Graduation is the least :trash: And that was when people started taking Ye seriously in the 'streets'.
