We live in a world filled with delusional 'god complex' fools.

I commend the belts she has but common sense tells you no matter how much training you learned not to just go head on with someone literally 2.5x your body weight or chance of getting ragdolled is high:snoop:

shyt reminded me of the mountain vs connor. Imagine if these two were serious, how quick the fight would end.:heh:

Nah, Conor would take him. Dudes a professional fighter first of all, not a strip mall mcdojo weekend warrior like ol girl was. Secondly hes smart enough to recognize the size difference and use distance and speed to his advantage as dude gasses out quickly.

How you gon’ be in a Martial Art and you not trained to hurt people? That’s a freaking hoe ass cop out.

Exactly. One thing I dislike is how they do a lot of training that does not apply to combat. They’ll spend years on all types of different stances but be like “well you don’t wanna use any of those in a fight” and it’s like “why the fukk is we learning them then?” In Boxing and Muay Thai on your first day you gon’ be doing the same shyt you gon’ be doing 3 - 4 years later. You also don’t learn anything that doesn’t work against a resisting opponent...

Heart ain’t nothin without brains.

Yup, I respect their art form and discipline to the craft, but a strong disdain for the lack of sparring and real feedback gained from sparring.

She thought the Korean point-sparring punch would send him flying...well...someone went flying....

Bruh her profile does not say anything about MMA...she has TKD, Hapkido, BJJ, and some other shyt but no cross-discipline work like MMA.

Secondly, sparring would have saved her because she would have understood how being between two cars would limit her mobility and her ability to create distance between her and her opponent. But she didn’t understand that because probably never had to deal with distance, range, and etc cuz she focuses on Kata.

Lastly, traditional martial arts are notorious for teaching combos against stationary opponents, flashy unpractical movements, kata, and point sparring. That’s why they try to separate Boxing and Muay Thai from Martial Arts by calling them Combat Sports because they have exposed TMA.
Bruh, what do you think MMA is :mjlol:

Bruh these nikkas can’t be doing shyt without sparring. Just because they not in a ring or cage does NOT mean she wasn’t sparring. She was getting wailed on and didn’t have any room to do shyt. Sparring wasn’t gonna save her once she got caught by a dude 3 times her size who immediately started swinging on her because she fukked up.

She didn’t give a shyt about distance, angles, etc., when she jumped up to jab him twice in a phone booth. Sparring is not gonna help if you don’t know how to fight in a phone booth against a bigger dude and most people don’t.

And lastly, Traditional MA isn’t notorious for shyt... have you done the shyt or just seen it on TV? I sparred in boxing and TKD.. you think we just stood still in TKD? My foot work there is what helped me transition into boxing. There’s a lot of reasons why TKD gets washed by boxing and Muay Thai.. being stationary isn’t one of them

MMA incorporates many tmas breh. It isnt just boxing, muay thai and grappling arts. Quite a few successful mma fighters have cross trained in styles like various forms of karate, kenpo, tkd, wing tsun, etc. Kyokushin karate for example, is no fukking joke. Its pretty much up there with Muay Thai as far as effectiveness and sheer brutality.

MMA is broad af :mjlol:

Whatever you good/train at or makes you successful basically then you’re doing MMA.
Wouldn't martial arts teach you to A) not steal the spot and B) avoid the fight. :mjlol:People just be learning the violence. :pachaha:

Well that’s what TRADITIONAL MA is supposed to do but with the new gimmicky MMA clubs, they don’t teach traditional shyt.

I believe that’s why she got fukked up
