There is nothing wrong with the statement Kareem made. Duncan has had the better career. He has never missed the playoffs in his time in the league and that speaks volume for his consistency as a player. Cause say all you want about Pop Tony and Manu but Tim made them not them making him. Tim was a once in lifetime player and was destined for a successful career no matter what.
That speaks more about his front office than anything. Name one season he played with a shytty roster.

The 99 and 2000 squads weren't all that great. The 2003 title team wasn't a good roster either from top to bottom. Parker and Manu weren't anywhere near the players they ended up becoming.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
1 SEASON .. WE TALKIN ABOUT AN ENTIRE THREEPEAT HERE YOUNG'N
i watched jordan live and in person during his 3 peats

when you say threepeat era... you kinda have to include all 3 years

that second year they went 4-0, 4-1, then the kings took them to 7... that's hardly a hard year

that's a one hard year for every 3 year average

Lakers tried to trade Kobe IN HIS PRIME :mjlol:

They wanted to get rid of a dude who won 3 rings with them for LeBron :mjlol:

If you woulda called Popovich or Buford asking about a trade for Timmy they would've hung up

Tim won a ring and a Finals MVP in his second season with a starting backcourt of Avery Johnson and Mario Elie :dwillhuh:

You put 4 half decent NBA players around Tim and you'd be guaranteed a 50 win season and playoff spot

Tim developed and mentored Tony and Manu into Hall of Famers.

Kobe stans try to devalue Tim's legacy saying he had it easier

Like it's Tim fault that he was one of the best teammates/leaders of all time and Kobe was an all time dikk :mjlol:

Maybe if Kobe been easier to coach and not made shyt difficult he could've had more stability :jbhmm:

All Kobe stans got is tribute videos now:pachaha:

The way Jabbar answered is accurate. :ohhh:

People are confusing it with who's the better player. That would be polarizing.

*Some bullshyt*
:stopitslime:Its a fact the media hated Kobe if you watched ESPN durin that time they stayed throwin shade talkin bout his rape case sayin he ran 7 foot 330 pound Shaq out of town and downtalkin his leadership claimin his teammates hate him, obviously those same people are gonna have a bias against him when it comes time to vote for MVP which is why even tho he was the best player in the league havin one of the best scorin seasons ever helpin a scrub team that would be puttin up current 76ers numbers without him make it to the 7th seed they instead gave the MVP to Nash.

Their play speask for itself Shaq was the best in the world until he started to fall off and Kobe surpassed him, they put up better numbers and always beat Duncan who never won back to back wit that perfectly put together team and excellent front office.

Pop is one of the greatest coaches ever arguably behind only Phil, YOU prolly didn't even know Pop before the Spurs but thats irrelevant cause it doesn't change the FACT that since then he's become an all time great coach.

:comeon:We all know you could put prime Jordan on that horrible roster and they ain't winnin shyt, if Duncan was forced to play wit those scrubs instead of the HOF players he's had his entire career he wouldn't have even made the playoffs cause the team needed scorin and Duncan ain't a high volume scorer like Kobe.

:ufdup:Its a fact Duncan is currently the 4th best player on his own team and was 3rd best last Finals, he hasn't been the best since before his 4th ring where Parker officially passed him as best player on the Spurs.

Kobe last made those teams in 2011 even tho he missed a chunk of games wit injury and 2012 which was also the last time he was healthy, when was the last time Duncan had multiple injuries that kept him from playin for an entire season and most of the followin season? Figured as much...

So Kobe wasn't playing with a prime Shaq and Dave was never the same player after the achilles.

Who are these four players that was better than Tim late in his career? Look at the playoff stats you dumb ass nikkas. fukking rumps Duncan was drafted number 1 one year after Kobe how the fukk wasn't he in the league until Kobe became great ,man you dudes are idiots
Duncan got drafter the next year that other idiot was sayin Kobe was comin off the bench when Duncan won which happened in 99 Kobe was startin by then, and Robinson was still elite durin the twin towers era if he wasn't there Duncan wouldn't have won that ring.

Its 3 players Duncan is the 4th best and I've named them multiple times in this thread, Aldridge the best now Leonard was the best durin that 5th ring and Parker was the best when they won the 4th ring. If Kobe EVER was less than 2nd best yall would discredit the shyt outta any and all rings he won, yall already do that wit the 3peat rings even tho he was a significant reason why they won and he arguably was the best in those runs.

You understand if you do the ring subtraction BS that Duncan still has more
:snoop:You understand I'm sayin you shouldn't subtract at all based on those reasons and am pointin out how yall Duncan stans/Kobe haters contradict yourselves by not subtractin from Duncan yet stay tryna do it wit Kobe, and Duncan wouldn't have more cause you could also subtract the first one wit Robinson the same way some of yall try to subtract Kobe's last 2 wit Gasol.:sas2:

Any idiot that ever says Tony Parker was ever a better player than Tim Duncan is out they fukking mind. You know maybe Robinson wouldn't of ever of won if Duncan didn't show up that ever cross your mind bruh like Dave ain't have ample run before Timmy Popped up on the scene.

The first one with Robinson do you know who the fukk Robinson was obviously you don't because everyone except you knows he wasn't the same, after the knee injury.

How are you comparing Robinson to Gasol you idiot Dave was already on the Spurs before Tim got there Kobe bytched and Jerry West President of basketball operations for Memphis at the Time threw his boys a fukking fastball down the middle stop it.

This nikka brung up aldridge and they played 38 games together you a real idiot but you a LA nikka so I don't expect you too be objective.
