him n dame sound alike,literally:wow:

great interview
Sounds exactly like a calm Dame Dash

I was reluctant to listen to Rap Radar cuz I'm not a fan of the hosts, but they have some really good interviews. B.Dot is knowledgeable and Elliot is mostly useless. When they have a good guest its a great podcast. Better than Juan Ep imo

"Biggs did it first, Jay put it in a verse"

was looking really forward to this because this was the hip-hop dynasty i had a real attachment to.
podcast was certainly interesting but left you wanting more.

you can see why they worked so well as a trio.
especially Dame and Biggs in good cop bad cop sort of roles.

like i said before Dame was literally an attack dog so all Jay would have to do is just whisper to get things moving.

also they way Biggs was talking it seems like damn near every idea over there came from Dame or Biggs.
Hov listened and watched kept and built relationships and Michael Corleone'd everything.

:wow:

good to see they are all at least cordial.
you can see why Dame and Biggs still wanted to keep Reasonable Doubt that album is all of their baby.

This is why rocafella was truly the best label ever. The way they conquered the game was special

nah they weren't and still aren't the best label ever. Maybe not even top 10 unless you speaking of solely hip hop. They would def be a top 6 (in no particular order: Death Row, No Limit, Cash Money, Def Jam, Roc, Ruthless, Rap-A-Lot, Bad Boy..etc). They have some VERY stiff competition. Out of that list they probably sold the least amount of records.

Did he really say that Dame and Jay are cool like that? Or did he mean that they aren't beefing? Dame still has his passive aggressive attitude towards Jay in interviews.
He tried to make it seem like this was all just concocted by the media. Like they would call him together, and send emails together when he was locked up, so there's no tension between them.

Obviously, we knew Jay and Dame ain't besties no more, but if there's truly no beef between them, they'll come together to celebrate RD. Cuz all three of them consistently speak fondly of that period. It's clearly special to them (and hip hop). Outside of health issues, there's no excuse for them to not come together for that.

The Opposite Of Elliott Wilson's Mohawk
B. Dot's jeans along with his proclamation that Vol. 2 is his favorite Jay album further confirms his status as the biggest herb in hip hop culture today. It's amazing that Elliot managed to find a nikka cornier than he is.

Bleek: "Just about...'The Best Out"

-it's alright

:ohhh:
Cam'ron: "Remember Best Out? They were the best out. A group from Harlem, wasn't down, felt left out" Diamonds and Pearls

Interesting that Jay didn't want to be on any other Rocafella artists single and wouldn't do magazine covers with them. I wonder what his exact rationale was...
