Id much rather have a team in Memphis than Vancouver, IMO if I was commissioner there be no teams in Canada, most players have said they don't like playing up there life is different for them in Toronto.

It's not saying much but players have said before they have to order ESPN just to watch sports in Toronto, they don't like it there, life is different.
