Karma is cool with Jay Leno being pushed out, but I feel kinda bad for Conan

Why do they keep pushing Jay out if he is always number 1 in ratings? :why:

For some reason they think getting a younger host will bring in more of 35-55 demographic, but Jay seems to win the ratings war either way.

It's kind of stupid to be honest.

I was wondering the exact same thing. But Jay's been taking shots at NBC on his own show lately - his bosses can't just sit there and take that. I swear this Late Night stuff is crazy.

I think the reason he takes shots is because they are trying to push him out. I guess maybe it's a money thing and Jay has just outbid himself.

personally, I dont know why jay leno is still working. he has no kids, and he has said many times that he doesn't even spend any of his NBC money. he lives off his stand up money alone. if this is true, he should have like 20 years worth of tonight show money piled up in his moneybin like :duck:

Because he likes to. Jay Leno is a known workaholic.

Brehs lets stop it with the unnecessary Conan O'Brien praise. I get it, we all dislike Jay Leno but Conan started to fall off in 2003/4. Then he got that Tonight Show contract 5 years in advance and I thought alright he lost his interest in Late Night, he's cooking stuff up for the future, I'll give him a pass.

Craig Ferguson was straight up murdering him when it came to the monologue and pissing on his grave with interviews. Kimmel was also stepping his game up with his monologues and use of videos. Conan stayed in his lane and becoming stale, that Finnish President bit was his last hurrah but other than it was pretty unwatchable.

Still I thought, duke was just laying low getting ready for that Tonight Show and then he came out there like a shot fighter. Not only did he bring his same old boring style but even further neutered it in an attempt to cater to 11:35 audiences and completely played himself.

Lets face it brehs he fell off. He's getting murked by Stewart, Colbert and Adult Swim at 11 now. Putting up Ferguson numbers, who is on at 12:35, hour and a half later.

For me personally, Jay>all of them, Fallon is still whack to me but he's a fukking workaholic too and he's much cooler to me than he was a couple years ago. Still, I'd rate them like this:
Leno>Letterman>Conan>Fallon.

at their best, conan was easily the funniest out of any of them, but i haven't watched his show in forever(cause i cant). i'll sit there and watch fallon and kimmel sometimes. leno and letterman just need to retire already. step down and admit your best days are far behind you:flabbynsick:

For the life of me, I can't figure out how Fallon got popular. There is nothing talented or funny about him. The most blatant industry push I've ever seen.
