It seems the second report it's dirtsheet 101 with them taking a story, making an educated guess and running with it. The last time someone was "in the doghouse" Mark Henry had the best segment in YEARS so I guess we'll have to wait with this one
On this week's episode of the MLW podcast Court Bauer had an interesting comment while discussing NXT and the new facility. He mentioned that a group of talent in NXT that had been there for quite some time had sort of grouped together, grown complacent, weren't going hard in the gym and weren't giving it 100% as they had once before. He also singled out one person in that group (but again, didn't give a name, claiming it to be a sensitive issue) and claimed they were about to be called up to the main roster, but the said talent's attitude problem derailed that for now and he's now seemingly on the bubble.
As mentioned above, Bauer didn't name the performer. If I had to guess, I would assume he's probably talking about Kassius Ohno.

Plans for NXT star Kassius Ohno, f.k.a. Chris Hero, to join the main roster have apparently been put on hold.
According to a source, the creative team had a storyline to introduce Ohno this summer. People within the company were impressed with his in-ring skills and his promos, and had asked him to improve his physique while creative worked on his introduction. According to trainers at NXT, Ohno seemed reluctant in the weightlifting and gym sessions, although he continued to receive high marks for his overall attitude and the great effort in his daily in-ring sessions.
Word got back to Triple H about Ohno dodging gym time, and he was removed from TV tapings. Ohno has missed two tapings in the past few weeks, and there is said to be increased concern about his status with the company. A lot of people are still high on him, but this could prove to be costly for one of the top prospects in WWE's developmental system.
