I'll agree with the offense being low IQ. In Toronto they would just feed kawhi in his sweet spots and he would just make a quick move and knock his shot down. From the beginning of the year I noticed they wouldn't set their players up, every guy had to create their shot from scratch. Doc wasn't doing shyt to creating an offensive system.

Defense is no excuse. Clips are suppose to have 4 top level defenders. :hubie:

Kyrie is not running a system and neither is KD anymore
If they want to win they will. Kyrie might take some time but I think KD has learned the value of a system in Golden State.

Regardless if KD comes back 100 (which we really dont know ), that team running around >> KD Westbrook and Kawhi PG running around. That's a way more skilled duo.

Breh in his prime looked like a 40 year old out there even with load management and a 4 month break....might be worse than we thought
Yeah apparently he’s expecting long term issues(after retirement) with his quad.

If he genuinely believes that:manny:

"Kawhi Leonard has no weaknesses on the court"...

Gotdamn I wish I bookmarked all the geniuses who said that on here...

There are alot of variables in play here. One of which is, he's never had the weight if expectation on him and he stumbled in his first crack at it. He'll bounce back a better player from this, I'd be absolutely stunned if he didn't. But part of the truth here is he's had some very fortunate breaks along the way, and his professional career, he's been insulated and protected by the coc00n of All-Time coaching, scheming, and fit around him...

Is he an All-Timer or is he a great fit on already championship contending teams? There's no shame in being a guy who can be the best player on already great teams, but we were told he was someone greater than that. We'll find out exactly who he is going forward...

4-21 second half shooting in the last two games of a series is inexcusable, and aint no one else to point fingers at. I'm so tired of watching dudes just blow by this nikka whenever they feel like it, dudes getting their shots and splashing on him, and us calling him the best defender in basketball, there nowhere else to point the finger...

say word nah whoever said kawhi ain't got weaknesses is wildin but this is still ether for me b. because i've been the one beating the drum that he is the best player in our league, better than lebron and it was you and Gravity (banned?) who said straight up i was wildin. you cannot have that abysmal performance and call yourself the best anything, no matter how i feel about his game or skill set

and kawhi is acting hoeish right now with these deflections and finger pointing. nah nikka you're the face of the franchise, take it it on your shoulders and come back harder next year. timothy duncan the gawd would NEVER, so apparently he learned nothing from his time underneath his wing

I can appreciate you owning your shyt, g! Lotta cats who went over the top and gassed him are either hiding this morning or bytching about him catching smoke for his performance...

3-10 shooting in second half of G6. 1-11 shooting in second half of G7. Weak drives to the basket, dumbass, weird turnovers (off his foot, throwaways to the other team, noodle arm passes). Strange temperament and body language when Nuggets were making these runs. Getting his ass handed to him on the defensive end by Murray, Craig, saw Harris get busy on him...

Nothing has changed that at his best, he's still arguably the vest player in basketball. But you know me bro, nothing for me has also changed, he was never the level of player cats been gibing him the last 15 months. Not yet. His struggles down the stretch of this series were not appearing for the first time, they been pointed out and observed before but nikkas ignored it to feed to Anti-LeBron agenda...

As I'm sure you do, I expect him to come back strong from this. He's too great of a player, if he isnt better from this experience I'd be absolutely stunned. But he has all the ability, I'll just repeat what I've always said, he's yet to prove over a sustained period of time that he can anchor championship contenders as the best player on those contenders and perform the way he did last postseason on an annual basis...

Too many folks just jumped the ship elevating him over a guy who is clearly amongst the greatest ever, who has done everything Kawhi has done a dozen times over and then some...

IQ and chemistry looked just fine in the first 4 games. They must've suddenly gotten dumber in the last 3 games:ehh:

Isn't that kinda Kawhi's point though? Teams are supposed adjust as they get familiar with their opponent. Nuggets did, Clippers didn't. That pretty much falls in line with your quote, but without sarcasm.
