This mufukka had 14 damn points. Stop deflecting Kawhi.
So Danny Green decided his basketball fate huh
You can't go scoreless in the 4th quarter of a game 7 if your a superstar then criticize the team.
Don't forget PG did all that cheating on Docs daughter
Then got called a bytch ass by Seth Curry, who's married to that girl now
Clippers a sitcom
Breh in his prime looked like a 40 year old out there even with load management and a 4 month break....might be worse than we thought
The Clippers full of vets too no excuses . The Nuggets young guns showed more bball iq. Sad
"Kawhi Leonard has no weaknesses on the court"...
Gotdamn I wish I bookmarked all the geniuses who said that on here...
There are alot of variables in play here. One of which is, he's never had the weight if expectation on him and he stumbled in his first crack at it. He'll bounce back a better player from this, I'd be absolutely stunned if he didn't. But part of the truth here is he's had some very fortunate breaks along the way, and his professional career, he's been insulated and protected by the coc00n of All-Time coaching, scheming, and fit around him...
Is he an All-Timer or is he a great fit on already championship contending teams? There's no shame in being a guy who can be the best player on already great teams, but we were told he was someone greater than that. We'll find out exactly who he is going forward...
4-21 second half shooting in the last two games of a series is inexcusable, and aint no one else to point fingers at. I'm so tired of watching dudes just blow by this nikka whenever they feel like it, dudes getting their shots and splashing on him, and us calling him the best defender in basketball, there nowhere else to point the finger...
kawhi has never played for a bad basketball team in his life
like everyone said already, he was coached by arguably the greatest coach of all time and had 3 HOF players as teammates at the same time
then goes to toronto, a team with more talent than the Clippers had in 2018-19. Lowry is a good PG and does a lot of the dirty work to win games (not to mention an ALL Nba player and multiple time all-star). Danny green has been all defense, Marc Gasol was all defense, all NBA and DPOY before, FVV was a 6th man nominee before the 2018-19 season, and Ibaka was all-defense and a 2x blocks leader. Not to mention Siakam, who took a leap that year. He also had Nick Nurse, who was an amazing Rookie coach and actually puts in the work and has a creative mind
This year he had 2 6th man candidates who didnt show up in the playoffs, PG13 who is known for stinking in the playoffs, Pat Bev who is loud but garbage and overrated, and Marcus Morris who is loud and dumb
And to top it all off, a coach who is notorious for blowing leads, and hasnt dont anything since winning a ring in 2008
Now these come up? Where was the energy all year when they were crowned champions
no one should have crowned them champions
they constantly sat on their asses and didnt try.
Pat Bev talked shyt on DAY 1. Opening night and continued to talk shyt throughout the season
In the playoffs, they came off as smug bullies that wanted the Mavs and Nuggs to just roll over at the sight of them
fake ass bullies. they needed this to humble them.
I couldn’t believe they became more unlikeable in the bubble
laughed at dame and tried to clown him on social media
trying to bully porzingis and Luka, taunting players from the sidelines
talking slick to Paul Millsap.
they were trying SO hard to play that bully role
So much for a finals MVP leader
Going out sad
Exactly, dude made it just as far as his former team. Should've just stayed with the raptors and he probably would've made it back to the finals.
Spacing and off the ball movement looked really bad, i dont think he should have said this but its a legit complaint
