Champions league
They have no choice. Another year of getting older but still a 50 win team and potentially top 4 in the West if you can get 60 games or more out of Kawhi. Just need another point guard, a power forward, and develop some youth.

They could move harden, kawhi, powell they still have value

Clippers are an old ass team, not one guy in the rotation is under 28. So it's just the decline here on out. Harden turning 36, Kawhi turning 34, Bogdan turning 33, Zubc turning 29, Powell turning 32, Batum turning 37, Derrik jones jr turning 29.

They committed to Kawhi until the end :manny:. Its not like him or Harden are gonna fetch you anything that really help as this point. Winning 50 games and maybe somehow possibly getting to rd 2 aint the worst thing in the world.

50 wins isn't a gimmie as they get older and the 2nd round sounds like a pipe dream at this point. Running it back just delays the inevitable and devalues the assets they have even more. They can get draft picks and more for Zu (he has a great contract)

Clipers werent even selling out games this season

they averaged 16,566, less than they were averaging at Staples (18,946, slightly more than the Lakers because their seat configuration opened up more seats)

Ballmer's done a hall of a job burying that story :dead: LOL @ Kawhi and Harden keeping seats filled

They should be comfortable with benching Harden in important games in the playoffs, while Kawhi doesn’t play in the regular season. Coach’s hair gonna transform like Obamas two terms in one year tryna work with those two guys. But then again, they were a buzzer beater away.

What else would they be able to do to be a good team though? They just opened a new arena so you know Steve not trying to go through a rebuild this soon. Won't be a huge market for Harden anyway going by the last few years so it won't be hard bringing him back since that's their clearest path to remaining relevant.

Definition of insanity. They don't control a 1st round pick until 2030.:dame:
There is no definition of insanity

The Clippers have no choice because of the lack of first round picks and they are in cap hell.
