Naw not right but he did come because he like the system then they started playing Iso ball and he didnt like the system. Come on Fam it was stated throughout the season he just wanted to play ball. They kept trying to force feed him on offense. He kept stating that he'd find his shot and get in where he fit.

But you got it! Cause you right...in yo head!! And I find that funny!

Peace
I'm pretty sure KD complained that the Warriors stuck to their motion offense and that he wanted to iso more.

If he could go back in time, I bet he'd hard pass on GSW and do his "Brooklyn" move sooner.

i.e. Find another star running mate to join him on a mid/low tier playoff team.

Now what the free agent market was looking like back in 2016, I dont remember off top.

KD was a clown for this move.

Had he just stayed in OKC, they had already traded Ibaka for Sabonis and Oladipo and if KD had stayed Horford was coming to OKC.

OKC easily would have been favorites.

They were looking at a lineup of Russ, Roberson, KD, Horford, Adams,

Oladipo, Sabonis, Kanter, Waiters.

They had more than enough to win a chip.

If not he could have gone to Boston and the Celtics probably get one if he brings another star a long with him and Horford. The Celtics also had Tom Brady speak to him at the time. The Celtics had a ton of picks and could have gotten something done.

If we're talking current NBA players, the real answer to that is still Derrick Rose in Chicago.

steph came into arguably the worst franchise in the league, revolutionized the game, and ushered in a dynasty + 2mvps + 3 rings and became the greatest shooter in history
Steph did more for the bay and this is more beloved than Derrick rose will ever be in chicago.

"You did not have to be a star or rising star to draw KD's envious ire. When former Warriors bench scorer Marreese Speights returned to Oracle Arena, he got a hearty ovation from the crowd. "Mo Buckets" had been a fan favorite, in part due to his tremendous shooting streaks and also due to the broad smile he beamed when riding a wave. He wasn't a flawless player but his enthusiasm was infectious and the fans were nostalgic for it.

KD, who once complained to a Warriors fan account over Twitter Direct Message that Speights was among the players more accepted by Warriors fans than he, was not pleased.

After the blowout win that followed, as he waited to take the podium stage, Durant was fixated on a TV that hung from the wall. Speights was with the local TV guys, yukking it up. "Mo Buckets," Durant loudly groused, shaking his head. "How can you call yourself 'Mo Buckets' when you never averaged twenty points a game?"

Mo Buckets was fun as hell

Y’all really believing this agenda bullshyt from Ethan. Breh was writing love ballads about Steph and Kerr even before KD arrived. He’s a major reason why people were brainwashed into thinking Draymond was a superstar and called him the leagues top center at one point.

He was anti KD from the jump and KD called him out. He’s rightfully called out the media more than anybody the last few years and called them groupies but y’all wanna believe what the media say about him :snoop:

Double teaming KD in OKC only "worked" because the team had poor ball movement and zero shooting. But even then you could argue KD was just missing shots because a couple seasons before when he was playing without westbrook he was crappin all over doubles.

if that's what you believe:francis:
all I know is they were up 3-1 and it slowed KD down enough to flip the series so it worked. :yeshrug:

KD shot 30% in games 1, 4, 5, & 6 and even in Game 7 when he shot well, they denied him enough to limit his opportunities.
So this notion that there is "Nothing you can do, so just guard him one on one" is quite stupid and has no basis in basketball common sense.
