The thing about this injury is KD will be out for the season, Golden State will continue to win regular season games at a high clip, and then KD will be forgotten.

Well they might just be looking for a temporary stop-gap, but its not a good sign because theyre immediately scouting and announcing the addition of Barnes before they even announce the results of the MRI. This urgency could likely be because tomorrow is the last day to sign players and still have them be eligible to play in the postseason. If it were a minor or thing, out a week or 2, I wouldnt think the deadline tomorrow would be a factor
