I strength train 2x a week

The other 2x is high rep low rest periods

This is a good balance to me once you get to your goal. I also think people have gone overboard with the splits, I guess if you’re competing you want every single tiny little muscle to be built like whoa, but the average person doesn’t need more than a 3 day split, or like you, a two day with two other days being more muscle endurance
