So. Cal
Y'all act like this is Madden and there is no human element to these decisions. Fields has the locker room. His accuracy isn't elite, but there's still enough positives there to build on with his talent... 1 being, getting more dynamic receivers on the roster.

I've seen enough Bears games to see him miss throws you want to be completed, but there have also been a ton of DIMES, game changing balls he's put perfectly into guys hands that have been dropped.

Going back to the human element, if he beats Green Bay next week, breh will have the entire city behind him. Moving on after that would be like the Bulls trading Rose before he developed his 3 point shot and won MVP in Year 3
i respect every thing u said except for the last line. Edit that shyt out ASAP....

:lolbron:

All Bear fan's that want Fields gone will catch amnesia if breh goes into Lambeau Field and crushes the Packers and ends their playoff hopes.

It'll be like winning a title for some mfers out here

Another thing, I find it funny that so many say Justin is trash when his teammates, former teammates, other players across the league, former players and opposing coaches all say he’s a problem (in a good way). It’s these box score watchers who say he sucks.

Hes inconsistent asf. but I like you have watched every snap this year. Its obvious its not ENTIRELY on him for his production but numbers are numbers and they don't like :yeshrug:

Outside of moore and Kmet this year he really has been throwing to relative garbage though. mooney fell off a cliff and the rest of them nikkas good for a couple hilarious drops on dimes a game. all them bullshyt drops scott be having a 1st round WR should catch.

So why are Bears fans in here assuming he would take a 20-30M a year deal? :jbhmm:
Jones is trash and got 40M, that's the floor for Fields/his agent.

I think people are underselling just how piss poor the options are out there. If Fields hit FA ATL would most certainly scoop him out immediately.

Yall have not actually watched Fields play. He can’t go through his progressions. He’s an inaccurate passer. He holds onto ball forever. Takes a beating with his running style. And he’s due for a big raise probably over $40 million a year. Take the QB. Trade Fields for another 1st. Set yourself up great longterm

:dead: If he's being offered $40 million a year by the time his rookie deal is ending he's a franchise QB. This isn't the NBA where scrubs/non-star players get $20 million annually without question as long as they were a first round pick; if you're not a franchise QB you're not getting paid like one full-stop. If Fields was really as trash as you haters always scream and swear he is he would've already been bushed like Josh Rosen, DeShone Kizer, and every other actual bust this century was.

No one is forcing the Bears to hold him hostage on the roster against their will; he is still playing and starting for them because they recognize in spite of his (and primarily his TEAM'S) flaws... his ceiling and athletic gifts are still higher than anyone else at the position across the league, save for the former unanimous MVP who's about to pocket another one. If he gets a hundred million dollar extension in the next couple of years it isn't because he's a bust who guilt tripped his FO into feeling sorry for his family or whatever bullshyt you goofies delusionally babble on about... it'll be because he's proved to be a franchise quarterback who earned it. :yeshrug:

If Daniel Jones got 40 mil don’t see how fields doesn’t. Franchise guys are about to get 50+ now
