the ONLY bears coach I can remember that's ever had previous HC experience in the NFL was john fox, and he was washed as hell at the time.

whoever yall get as OC better call a game better than the last bozo. That gameplan and adjustments were garbage in that Green Bay game. The routes and play calls absolutely pathetic. he had to go.

Doesn't make sense to fire a coach when they improved, especially when the team is trash.

The team is trash as in most of the players. Bears been trash for years. You need continuity.
Why fire a coach that improved? Makes no sense. They got a running back as a QB. Once they get a QB they will be good.

the fact that eberflus had to fire 2 of his coaches (alan williams/david walker) mid season due to off field issues goes to show you eberflus isn't competent when it comes to picking his staff. the fact that they fired his OC after the season as well gives makes me wonder why in the hell is he allowed to still be here when all his flunkies have been canned this year.
