This has had me bummed all day. I don't worship Nas, he's not my hero etc etc...but I've respected him and obviously he's my GOAT. But this shyt is jarring. And no, it's not something that is unbelievable. Nas' dad used to scrap with his mom while drunk. Nas has songs about his drinking. Even the Jay Z thing doesn't seem outrageous when you consider how he acted towards Cormega, who wasn't even on his level.

End of the day great artists are often flawed, contradictory, and ugly. Nas being contradictory is nothing new, it's partially why he's a great rapper IMO. But THIS...smh. I don't know what else to say. Just disappointed.
