Jim Caldwell was a part of the 2007 Colts team that won the Super Bowl as the Quarterbacks Coach. And Caldwell won the 2013 Super Bowl with the Ravens as their Offensive Coordinator.

Caldwell is an awful fukking coach. Do not lump him among the guys who should be head coaches.
