Idc about the masses

The man is copying Nas, OutKast, Drakeo and others...I'm not impressed

I never heard a Kendrick bar or verse that made me rewind

I don't see the appeal

Cool millions of others do including myself.

He's too complex for ya

I listen to Lupe and Nas who bring real substance

I don't ever wanna hear he's complex...y'all sound like the cac hipsters saying dumb shyt like that

When you grow up on Nas, BIG, Scarface & Beans...this corny shyt from Kendrick just don't hit

Rap was at its peak in the 90s

And the crazy thing is Duckworth did his best Nas impression from a song Nas released 23+ yrs ago :dead:

Lupe has no substance, he uses AI and used to rely on syl in the 2000s to generate ideas, which is why, like talib kweli said, his verses always felt disconnected :dead:
I grew up on Nas, Big, Scarface...Kendrick hits hard...matter of fact, Kendrick is the only thing I been listening to even though I grew up on all these previous rappers.

But hey, controversy, it's fine if you only appreciate one of the 7 styles of lyricism...we do appreciate the full art of it :yeshrug:

I'm driving while I'm arguing with yall easily impressionable YNs

Kendrick would not hit in the 90s...I stand by it

The crazy thing is the flow Kendrick is mainly known for is from a Philly nikka

I know so much about rap that I know Kendrick took the flow of an obscure Philly rapper when he went mainstream

You know so much about hip hop that you probably ignore there's only 1 other rapper that managed to make these perfect APO rythmic transitions and rap with that flow, and thats Andre 3000...

Doesn't seem like you know what a flow is. And don't try to @ me, you're not qualified.

Kendrick doesn't care about the 90s, his discogaphy competes with them 70/80s legends.

I'm 46, been listening to hip-hop since I'm 9, I'm a music lecturer, and Kendrick is #1 on my list :manny:

Wait, thought you was a famous multi-platinum producer that did tracks on all the Coli's favorite albums :jbhmm:
