I could see an argument for Take Care being classic and ushering in the Toronto wave of rap/r&b. Personally I think it's a 3/5 album at best but I could at least understand an argument for it.

Hate giving new albums classic status. GKMC is probably a classic, hard to deny that it ushered in a west coast revival and is near a near perfect record (only song that's iffy is Real). TPAB is an amazing album, I won't call it classic tho. Let's wait and see.

Take care makes a much better argument than GKMC. We were TOLD Godd kid was a classic. We doidnt have to be told TC was. The songs were runnin the airwaves,clubs and trunks.

I also think Kendrick is overrated but
