Kendrick is not able to really see the truth, I mean on his own album he said "we ain't shyt, but he been perfect". I though he said that in a satirical manner but he really believes that? Smh!

That whole bow down and fearing God is the bs of religion and why I don't subscribe to it. I believe in God and respect the religious folks but I refuse to be bowing down and fearing the God who says to obey your earthly masters. At the end of the day that is proof that the Christian religion was created to control the people and why I say more people need to wake up and start questioning stuff for themselves. This religion stuff is man made to control and divide people. It's time we put this to the side bit or take what we can from it and build together.

and a lot of yall quick to talk this "white man's religion" shyt but get spooked at a little Vodun when people offer you alternatives lol

is it oochie wally or one mic? :jbhmm:
Well it's scary cause we are detached from it culturally. I mean in church some people still to this day get possessed by the spirit as that is part of our culture that remained with us. However to see people possessed by spirits and eyes rolling around in cermonies is different. People also smoke cigars to these spirits, offer rum and all kinds of things.

Animal sacrifice is part of this too and for some folks that's the scary part but they act like they don't know that all the hamburgers they eat are killed cows and the fried chicken is killed chickens and in both cases they are usually killed in a inhumane cruel way. While in these cermonies that is not the case usually and the Jews and Muslims kill animals too but don't let people hear that lol. It's tough though man. Christianity is no good but voodoo and African traditions are not for everyone.

Christianity was birthed in EAST AFRICA...Abyssinia to be exact

Home of the Ark of the Covenant

Till the Europeans STOLE and GRAFTED the ideals into the perverted Roman dogma you see today

Scottish Rite freemasonry validates that ...based on the "crimes" committed by Scottish explorer Robert Bruce who "discovered" the Book of Enoch and the Kebra Negast and several esoteric secret documents in Ethiopia......

Look to the east..:mjpls:

Shamballah!
Talk that truth bruh! :wow:

:mjpls: And who is THEY to say you can't think for yourself?

"THEY" said the same thing about THE GOSPEL OF THOMAS and 50 other books THEY disagreed with because they empowered man against the LIES the church taught

3. Jesus said, ......"If your leaders say to you, 'Look, the (Father's) kingdom is in the sky,' then the birds of the sky will precede you. If they say to you, 'It is in the sea,' then the fish will precede you. Rather, the (Father's) kingdom is within you and it is outside you.-Gospel of Thomas

He's spot on . But most of these so called preachers in these huge as institutes are apart of 501c3's these guys don;t want to step in toes specially if the government is giving the church breaks on taxes.
I do a lot of work w/ non profits.

The money some of these churches are making is crazy.
Some of them have their hands in so many pots in the neighborhoods.
The average person would have no idea (there money comes in from more places than the church).

Its not just churches though...a lot of these "community organizations" are a hustle for those running it.
Its a easy check every month/year from the government...and they have entire areas locked down.

I really fukk with Kendrick but it's becoming more and more obvious he's one disastrous interview away from his career being severely injured. He's been very religious from the beginning; I remember an article that came out during the GKMC era about him and apocalyptic Christianity. But so far he's avoided the pitfalls that have doomed various others.

What's gonna happen when someone asks him about homosexuality, or abortion, or even premarital sex? I know Interscope/TDE has him media trained but sooner or later he's gonna slip and it'll be a sad day....

Think about why he's been successful enough to reach the level of stardom and influence he has now. If hes been believing in God back when he was broke then he probably believes a lot more now that he's rich and everything good is happening in his career.

And now hes using his power to share his beliefs. Whats wrong with that?

Every other person in power seems to voice their beliefs when they get the opportunity :hubie:

Now wouldn't it be worse if Kendrick hurt his career from doing something REALLY stupid like most rappers, i.e. getting locked up, or hooked on drugs, or maybe ruin his image by beating a woman or one of the many other pit falls black entertainers face.:manny:

But your'e worried about Kendrick "throwing it all away" for sticking to the same beliefs and values that pretty much help get him the platform he currently has?:patrice:
