It’s pretty much a diss to Drake. Telling to him to just rap, stop the street shyt, especially with LA folks. Saying like, yeah you come out here, but we can bring our area to you. But it’s presented in a smooth way, that most likely only him and his crew would recognize…. It’s some shyt Drake would try to pull off which makes it funnier.
