TPAB has King Kunta which to me is a top 1 Kendrick song.

Still blown away by that song. Sounds like if James Brown was alive and decided to rap in 2015 :wow:. That entire album blows me away still
That song is super underrated for some reason. Always been one of my go to kendrick songs

Plus, I like how he interpolated a classic mausberg and dj quik song for the beat. Right down to the key change :lawd:

Charlamagne said Morale will have the same reception as TPAB. It will be seen as kendrick's ultimate #1 :wow:

I believe hes right, thats the album I find the most layered :wow:
Yup word for word how I feel. Eventually it’ll replace TPAB for me but Morale easily is the album I listen to the most out of his discography.

I listened to that shyt for 2 months straight when it came out. Enriching, uncomfortable, uncompromising, an audio elixir (alright now I’m making shyt up :lolbron:) but truly it had style & substance and it’s a heavy listen that will be appreciated in time. It legit feels like a movie in music form. Private Ryan, Godfather type beat.

Every album he’s released, he’s had at least one life changing song (Fear/Feel - DAMN, How Much a Dollar Cost - TPAB, etc) but Mother I Sober is the one that transcends Hip Hop.

I feel like the music video didn't do the track justice.

It's up there with Late Registration for me. The themes on TPAB probably puts it above it though because Kanye really wasn't talking about shyt on that album outside a few songs :pachaha:
Late Registration :wow:

Goddamn you sent me for a time loop :wow:

In my opinion, greatest sounding hip hop album in history :wow:

shyt was like a hip hop orchestra :wow:

Roses, Diamonds, Late, Touch the Sky, Wake Up Mr West, My Way Home, Bring Me Down, Crack Music :wow:

Breh I couldn't believe what I was hearing the first time I put that album on. :dahell:

The only track I skipped on it was "Hey Mama" and it wasn't cuz it was a bad song...just gotta be in a certain mood for it :mjcry:
