The sequencing on this album is fukking perfect. Probably his best in that aspect. Every single song is a COMPLETELY different vibe from the track before it. And yet it still manages to sound completely cohesive. That alone makes the album incredible. One song you dancing. Next song you reflecting. Then back to dancing. Then back to reflection.

Even the transition from Gloria back to "wacced out murals" is so different but so seamless. He just wrote a love letter to his pen. It's heartfelt. It's beautiful. It's sappy. Then it loops back into wacced out murals and everything goes dark. And that pen goes into demon mode:demonic:....the same pen thats capable of love, passion, and affection. Is also capable of slaughter and destruction.

Kinda makes it feel like Kendrick wanted to have one final moment with his true love before he sets off for war:wow:.....The dichotomy of Kendricks artistry is truly something to behold. Very similar to pac in that way. And the scary part is that he's only getting better. There is no doubt in my mind that Kendrick will be the greatest of all time when it's all said and done. He's just 1-2 albums away at this point.

Only pac has done it better. And the scary part is that he's only getting better. There is no doubt in my mind that Kendrick will be the greatest of all time when it's all said and done. Only one I got ahead of him is Nas. That's cause Nas still has the influence factor. All of these poets are essentially nas's babies. So it takes more than just surpassing his catalog. But right now I have their catalogs almost even. Illmatic, stillmatic, IWW, Lost tapes. Kendrick releases one more 4.5 mic album and he's probably my GOAT.
