No he didn’t but people are theorizing that his last verse on Heart Part 6 alludes to Pharrell and Chad as brothers working it out.

I don’t think its THAT deep myself. This is Kendrick’s most straight forward album of his career. There aren’t a lot of hidden meanings or deeper themes except for Reincarnation and Gloria. Kendrick was just talking about his relationship and brother hood with TDE.

Or I'm giving my honest opinion, something rare in these parts. I'm documented on saying Kendrick has been trash since GKMC, which itself has aged terribly, so in hindsight since S80 (which was dope). His Drake disses are some of the best music he ever made, Euphoria is still in rotation for me. So I was hopeful for this album and have given it several full spins. But this album is back to all the shyt I can't stand from him, starting with the goofy CACinem voices bs. I'm also not a fan of the west coast sound so this album was never gonna hit for me.

It's okay for you to disagree breh, enjoy what you like
