When I say inconsistent, I mean personally to me in the sense that, I’m used to not having to really skip on a Kendrick album, but I find myself not really enjoying every other track, I think a lot of it for me is the production, I just don’t really fukk with the album like that, it’s not wack at all…it’s just not on that level of his others imo

My favorite, still not sure why some people have it so low.

It actually shouldn’t be a surprise at all.

It’s a grown introspective and self-reflective album
that has songs on there Kendrick clearly wrote for HIMSELF.
That we simply got to listen in on.

He clearly went to therapy, you can hear it.

A lotta nikkas do everything but self-reflect and grow up.
Let alone go to therapy.

The lyrical content on it is admirable.
It took bravery and insight to be that vulnerable, introspective
and self-reflective, which I applaud.

Especially in a time of rampant ignorance & superficial bravado.

MM&TBS is a 4.5 Mic album to me.
