I doubt UMG wants that. Not even for beef reasons, they just not gonna work two massive albums at the same time.
I think he drops in November again. Drake in September or October.

Yes. He signed an admin deal with umg, he can basically do whatever he wants.
PGLANG was the only label aware of the GNX release. Z confirmed insiders from umg and interscope were surprised by the release.

The speculation was that it was a one album deal to determine if he wanted to re-sign fully with them. We'll see when the next album comes out I guess. He seems to have this shyt planned out perfect. If he drops this winter he'll likely tour again next year, keeping buzz up. Basically building towards the LA Olympics in a couple years.
Might drop soon tbh, he's starting the solo stadium shows in one month. It looks like the perfect opportunity to perform new music

People really think he not gonna drop for another couple years
He gearing up for the olympics… we getting another album… and i expect the next one to be an even bigger smash
and then most likely he going to curate a soundtrack for his movie
and 1 more tour before 2028
Dj Hed said he talked to Dot and he had the next 4 years planned to run the game, he hinted at the olympics before it was even announced

Ken being an introvert that dips his toe with popping outside gotta be his biggest strength.
Artists either take too long and when they do drop it’s generic, chasing hits, etc or stay in the mix too long and don’t have anything interesting to talk about.
He got so much material for his new album, all because he focused on other things for almost a year. I think he the goat already but one more great album/classic and idk what else there is to say. Bruh about to do the fukking Olympics after doing the Super Bowl
