Album is dope....I don't call anything classic the week/month/possibly year it drops though.

As far as the "story", the first time I listened it was kinda obvious the songs linked together, but I was doing other shyt around the house. Reading that explanation makes 100% perfect sense, even moreso if you listen to the songs again.

Some of you cats obviously got ADD or something, talking about "I didn't listen to the skits, I just want the songs". Skits been an integral part of rap since the 80s, from "De La Soul Is Dead" to "Death Certificate".

This is what the "hot singles", Itune generation is about though. No kinda structure or cohesion, just a bunch of songs. Then people wonder why albums get played the fukk out in a week.

Put this right before Good Kid. Cartoons and Cereal as the Intro. Take out Real and I guess Backseat Freestyle although it aint bad and we have a banger. A fluid banger . I know for a fact the execs had to get in his ear. No explanation for that kinda fukkery. Gunplay even sounded like 2Pac on the track from what I remember.

Yes at putting Cartoons and Cereal as the intro...cuz it really does set up the whole album perfectly..

and NO at taking out Real.......all the tracks on the standard issue were there for a REASON....it was meant to keep the story going...
