Those two things are diametrically different. Are you saying that an unarmed innocent teen shot down by a racist white supremacist who was then let off by the court system and financially backed by other fellow racists the same thing as gang bangers shooting and killing each other?

they arent the same thing in the eyes of the white-favoring justice system, of course

but both situations lead to black men dying unnecessarily, a result that is tragic and unacceptable no matter who does it.

seems like he wants to say he does not want any black person dying in such a matter, regardless of what the court cases deem "justified" or not, regardless if it was a gang member or the state-sponsored terrorist known as a dirty cop.

Show me the gangbangers who are on tv and social media upset over Trayvon's death. Maybe I don't know any, but up to this point all I've seen are regular law abiding black folk voicing their discontent with the system and unjust killings.. If this is true then Kendrick's line has little to no merit.

I have personally spoken to a number of people who were on the wrong side of the law that feel like Trayvon's cold blooded murder was fukked up.

Fair enough But what I'm sayin is those 2 issues are completely different. If Kendrick wanted to bash the ills of gangbangin, that's cool. But to play the whole "what about black on black crime" angle is tired.

Is gangbangin demonic and destructive?yes. But there is recourse, accountability and consequence that come along with it. Gangbangers either get killed or go to jail. They aren't acquitted by juries and absolved by grand juries, judges and district attorneys.
