Then you should be fine because this is neither.
There aren't any P-Funk samples or Mini-moog whistling/whining
and there isn't a focus on improve or an inclusion of Jazz sub-genres
like bebop, hard bop, cool jazz etc.

It's a Hip-Hop album that's got a little bit of each but it's more Hip-Hop than
it's not.

I must admit. Im a big Kendrick stan but TPAB wasnt my taste. Too experimental.

This on the other hand is right up my lane, even tho it got the same jazzy feeling is less experimental.

When Kendrick dont make his voice squeaky he sound so good. His flow is superb.
