They are just saying it is garbage because (a) Gaga is on it and (b) its 'only' 12 tracks. Even though no one has heard the Gaga song yet and even though 12 songs/45 or so minute LPs are always the way to go.
Hip-Hop fans don't get the second point though, everyone wants a hour long album, with a shytload of filler.

doesn't work that way, name me a bunch of 80-90 min albums with NO filler from ANY genrebut if an artist can make a 45 minute LP with no filler then I don't see why they can't take more time and make an 80 min LP with no filler
