100%. I've heard for years how it's the Bucks year, and Boston has made 3/4 of those Conference Finals, one of them WITHOUT Kyrie and they had to play Bron.

I thought 2018 was their year even with Kyrie and Gordon out.

They closed as a 3 point favorite to that shytty Cavs team and held a 15 point first half lead in game 7 AT HOME. By halftime the game was 5 and similar to the Rockets they missed a bunch of wide open threes and ended up losing. I remember there being sharp money on the Celtics too as that number got steamed up pre game.

Brad Stevens is heavily overrated and should be on the hot seat - hell he would be on the verge of being fired if he was black - however the bigger issue is Danny Ainge. This team is horribly built and after years of essentially playing scared (pulling out of trades at the last minute, not giving up certain assets, etc) the team has crumbled. Not to mention the poor drafting. They basically have three good players and a bunch of role players who don't impact the game positively. After years of stacking high draft picks...that's inexcusable.

But it's a good ole boy network so nobody will get fired. Instead they're blaming Kyrie for leaving. Kemba will receive more blame too. Sure he's playing badly but good luck getting another good (black) FA after you trade him lol.

I think dude has been overrated and gotten some passes. However, are we really gonna sit here and act like this team didn't let 3 max contract players walk for nothing or as if Kemba wasn't out at the start of the season or has looked like himself since coming back and now Smart isnt' out? I mean how much higher in the standings are the Heat or the Nuggets? Lakers going through their own shyt right now too. Dude been to 3 of the last 4 ECFs. Milwaukee got Giannis and can't say that. Philly got Embiid and Simmons and hasn't even been to one. Seems like an odd time to decide to bring the hammer down on dude.
