i was thinking of him defending his black on black crime shyt on the breakfast club/sway etc. when he did the interviews promoting the album. i don't fukk with that white supremacist talking point. i found it contradictory to send out that message when making an album that is supposed to be pro black. i liked the album, but kendrick came off as fake deep in those interviews.

Kendrick's views on the black community don't match the Coli's, but can you blame him?
His experience of being black in America is most likely very different from your's or mine.
I say that to illustrate that it isn't a surprise that Kendrick is most focused on black on black crime as far as his message goes.
And he has never danced around that in his music.

with Kendrick
i guess i'm a c00ning cause i advocate for black folks to eat healthy when the white man taught us to eat bad
" narrative doesn't work in Kendrick's case.
worth ate his soul. I know he was especially salty when tpab dropped and he won more Grammy's then him this year(and will likely take the Grammy's next year, he might even win album of the year if Adele Dont drop on September and they feel like giving a black man a aoty). Drake isn't seeing Kendrick and he knows this.
