asscrack u stupid, why do fighters hit the gym and spar? to work on their craft, thats what kendrick,q,rock, and soul all have done with each other, they completely different rappers than they were in 2005 than they are now.

You still dont get what he was doing with the control verse, he wasnt talking bout killin careers he was talkin bout bodying feats and when you body somebody on their own shyt, you are almost certain to gain some of their fans and he was like if that happens so be it, step ya game up and wont lead to that.

Rappers been bodying rappers on their own shyt and gaining their audience for yrs

example wasnt nobody outside the south thinkin bout ugk cept a hand few, u dont think ugk's fan base grew after big pimpin or

eminem didnt gain even more fans than he had after renegade?

hell you dont think Canibus didnt gain fans after bodyin LL and having him to redo his verse

Drake know kendrick can fukk him up on the track why you think he has been saying what he's been saying and not wanting to deal with him nomore, that nikka scared, sales, money all that other shyt wont matter, they come and go, gettin ate on a track will be around for generations

Again here u go with the "collab rhetoric"
NOTHING

NOTHING in the verse insinuates its about collabs..but I found a good amount of evidence that shows its about beating them career wise and being the most succesful and poppin

Wait so...was the 5 AM in Toronto verse about Kendrick low key?

Is there a woman involved in this? Feels like there's a woman involved in this.

"Where you think she at when she ain't wit ya?"

"I made the Forbes list/fukk your list -- everything's looking gorgeous"

Is "your list" the Kendrick "Control" verse being referenced before it even came out? Hmmm. :leon:

Drake had no problem firing shots at Common...so hopefully we get a real battle outta this. Kendrick is that dude, can't wait to hear the whole cypher.

Drake was scared to say Common's name, as far as I'm concerned he never sent any definitive bars at Com. What few lines he tried to send weren't that impressive to me :manny: Com ate him up with a quick 24 hrs later response.

I got a sense that n*gga Drake is about to get Ja Rule'd. This is in all seriousness, because a little over 10 years ago (11 to be exact) Ja Rule was in that same level of popularity (in fact, was at his height like Drake is today) and then comes 50 cent gunning for that spot with the Interscope machine behind him. Ja Rule, like Drake today, was making poppy radio hits, needless to say they were huge hit songs but those same fans that rode with him turned on him in a blink of an eye and the shift merged to 50 Cent that following year.

This is almost seem similar and knowing how fickle hip hop fans are the end result isn't looking good for Drizzy. You got Kendrick with the momentum, with that same Interscope machine, and that "new car smell" still circling among hip hop fans. Drake is at his height of his career, but doesn't make hip hop records to keep that core base glued. With the slick calculation by K. Dot to drop this dis on the night of the BET Awards as everyone at attendance and later with the entire nation of hiphop fans checking, people are going to shift their fan loyalty if it's not happening already.

I guess this is why a lot of these Drake Stans are already plea copping, crying about "Bu-bu-bu, Drake put Kendrick ON!" And? So? Jaz-O put Jay-Z on, but what did that have to do with a price of tea in China? To be the king you have to come at the crown. Emceeing rule 101.

What was the point of the, what is competition raising the bar high and who wanna try? jump and get it ?? if it wasnt about him collabing and they go at it on wax, kendrick trying to be on his mystikal shyt with these nikkas, kendrick not worried about being successful, he tryna be the best mc of this generation, and he tryna seperate himself from the rap game rat pack.
