I bet the offer grew once AEW became a reality. You really think WWE sees the Young Bucks as superstars? They could have had them for $1 when they were Generation Me. They got a million dollar offer to play keepaway. I think they do see Omega as a superstar and a difference maker, though.

I think HHH sees & knows that the Young Bucks are superstars. That's what matters.

They've turned him down multiple times as well before AEW.
