A lot of cacs are exposing themselves in this thread. :upsetfavre:

How could one hate on black people looking out for each other, when white folks protect their own all the time? :upsetfavre:

We are at war here, white supremacy is not playing fair, and these negroes in here are bytching about fighting back? Especially towards racist whites? FOH. :foh2:

The Unapproachable East
"Judge Stevens blamed and shamed the victims," said the girl's paternal grandmother, Dawn Renee Bryant, who said her daughter-in-law cried when she read the judge's post. "It is very disturbing to be called something you are not."

Oh, irony...

Black men getting gunned down left and right, being blamed for their own deaths and shamed for practically anything remotely negative found in their entire history, and then being called "thugs" is pretty disturbing in itself.

But hey, that's just my thoughts on the matter. :sas2:

Be offended judge about the family statement by all means, but giving the home invader probation :beli: If there is one thing I absolutely hate is people taking other peoples ish , breh shoulda got some time at least
yeah that is my feeling on the matter....

HE ISN'T WRONG in what he said, but yeah, if someone is bold enough to break into my house, they better not get probation. The media in its never ending quest for attention and controversy are assuming he gave him probation because he thought the parents were racist, while I've seen bad decision like this from judges before and this could simply be a bad decision on the judges part regardless of his comments.

I agree with what the judge said, but I have little sympathy for home invasion and think the dude should of got time. My home is my castle and you have to put in extra work to break into it which means that while you're breaking into my home you have ample opportunity to think "Hmm maybe this is the wrong thing to do" yet you still did it.

My personal fear and anxiety is related to the idea of someone breaking into house while my girlfriend and I are asleep and we're at our most vulnerable since I lived in a neighborhood at one time where this was common.

Breaking into someone's home isn't a mistake.

Breaking into someone's house, while they're home, with a gun, is not a probationary offense in my opinion.

Sorry. Cases like this deserve jail time.

I dont recall seeing your posts staunchly condemning those killer cops. Why has this situation drawn your ire :aicmon:
I have no "Ire". Also I've been in killer cop/racists threads. What are you talking about? I will say in one, where the dude was found out to have a gun on him I was not on his side, however I was in the trayvon, mike brown, and several other threads including the one about the two bytches who helped plot to kill a black man.

In short, my opinion ON THIS ONE, is that the judge was right with what he said but this dude deserves time.

I've also made threads about cop's racists attitudes and actions towards blacks.

I haven't looked at all the details but the judge from the video seems to have jumped to an unreasonable conclusion. It sounds like the family is relenting this fear their daughter has as something NEGATIVE...A result from the trauma of the home invasion. If the robber had on a bunny rabbit costume she'd probably be afraid of rabbits too. No reason to shame a family of victims for acknowledging the results a criminals actions had in their toddler.

The only reason i can see this judge taking personal offense is if he thinks the family is just pandering or making it up to appeal to the judge. Ie: would they have included that statement if the judge wasn't black?

He spent nearly two years in jail, he would've got out of early for good behavior anyway

I know people who went to jail multiply times for armed robbery

plus the age of the person might have played a factor in the judges decisions

the father thought he was dealing with a c00n, saying, now my daughter hates black because of this guy, he thought he was gonna respond with OH we're not all like that

fukk that I went to jail for one year for driving on suspended license which is the maximum, and this white bytch on her third DUI got probation when I had got sentenced, and it was a black c00n who recommended incarceration because "I didn't respect the law"

so it's up to the judge at the end of the day to give someone the minimum or maximum

so he probably saw something in the kid to make him want to give him a second chance

white judges give white kids second chances for all times shyt, even when it involves deaths of others
