First it was about how Somali's are barbaric and therefore Kenya should take control of it's natural resources. Then it was about how Somali's are generally not good warriors (you brought up things from the 60's and before that, which I would call... history), then I pointed out history... now we're going to act as if the world started in 2014 for the sake of your foolish argument. Hows that? Okay.

As it stands in 2014, there are international criminal courts and other mediation bodies that help mitigate and generally solve disputes between nations. The idea that countries have ignored courts before does not mean that the court in and of itself is ineffectual. There are more examples of courts being followed in the international sphere than not. No country except for pariah states openly violate international law, not even Israel, who vehemently denies violating the Geneva convention. The idea of states using court decisions and international law as political leverage is alien to you friend. If Somalia had amassed a powerful military and invaded Kenya you would be calling them savages either way.
