Kenyon was UNSTOPPABLE before he broke his leg.. and STILL went #1
College is 4 years…Draymond had the better 4 year college career with more accolades and deeper tourney appearances and Kenyon wasn’t “unstoppable” until he was a senior.

That draft class was ass and he had a lackluster career for a number one pick.

Michigan State Dray was the better college player and would probably lock his ass up if they were to match up in the tourney hypothetically.

Kenyon’s bag was NOT like that.
Draymond Green's college stats at Michigan State include a career average of \(10.5\) points, \(7.6\) rebounds, \(2.9\) assists, and \(1.24\) steals per

Kenyon Martin averaging approximately 17 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 blocks per game during his career. During his dominant senior season, he averaged 18.9 points, 9.7 rebounds, and 3.5 blocks

Fake news.

Kenyon averaged 11/7.5/1 for his college career.

Draymond had more accolades and made it deeper in the tournament than Kenyon did in college multiple times.

Draymond averaged around the same points, more rebounds, more assists for his college career. In their senior season Draymond was 16/11/4 and Kenyon was 19/10/1. Kenyon might have had the higher individual peak he broke out his senior year and was “best player in the nation” but yes Draymond had the better overall college career. His body of work from his sophomore season on is better.

So in a conversation about stripping away team accolades and instead focusing on what dudes actually did themself, you bringing up MSU final 4 runs when Draymond was an underclassman?!? You nggas cant help yourself

Draymond played 10 minutes a game as a freshman. As a sophomore he was their 4th leading scorer. Geezus before Steph he was riding Kalin Lucas, do you nggas have any pride?

As a Junior year when he took on a larger role they were 19-15. His senior year they got to the sweet 16.

Kenyon Martin at UC was a moment. You do know Kenyon Martin broke his leg right before the tourney in his senior year right? So ‘they got further multiple times’ is some real questionable stuff my guy.

I know someone reading off stats but wasn’t actually there when I see it

He was pick 35 for a reason

What are yall saying
Yeah because of his physical measurements/testing results not because of his play lol. He was National Player of the Year, Big Ten Player of the Year, and a 1st Team All-American. Yall gotta stop acting like he learned how to play basketball once he got to GS.

What the top PFs has Draymond guarded in his career on a nighly basis?

Kmart was the number 1 pick,

What skill level would Draymond have to make a NBA roster back in 2005 coming out of college??
How you gonna quote a post where I literally say "I'm not talking about Draymond Green, I'm talking about Kenyon acting like he was really like that offensively".........and then ask me about who Dray guarded and what his skill level is????? :what::why::camby:

Make it make sense!!!

The 718
Steph 2014: 24.0 PPG, 8.5 APG, 4.3 RPG

Steph 2015: 23.8 PPG, 7.7 APG, 4.3 RPG

Steph was better in 2014 than he was in 2015. The difference was Draymond entering the starting lineup.
:comeon:Steph played way less minutes in 2015 and was more efficient across the board, and even without factoring in minutes the difference in numbers is so marginal saying he was worse is stupid. Better shooting %s, more steals, less turnovers while averaging 2-tenths-of-a-poont less :pachaha:

But I do think putting Dray in the starting lineup over David Lee was critical. David Lee was an all O no D player and Draymond put their defense over the top. Draymond being the anchor of a crucial component of their championship is big, and one of the reasons Steph got activated in 2016 and they won 73 games was Draymond taking over playmaking duties. Draymond being a great ballhandler allowed Steph to maximize his off-ball threat and become the most dangerous off ball player of all time and a more aggressive scorer

Dray couldn't score, bro, do you know Kmart was getting buckets over the best Power Forwards in the best era.

Dray is locking down Tim Duncan, KG, Dirk, Kobe, McDyess, Webber, Karl Malone, Awtwain Jamison, and the other top 20 PFs that played in that era?

Come on man, Dray plays against Rudy lol. There's no top anything as far as the PF position from 2016 until now

Kmart faced GOATs at that position every night.

Kmart was the number 1 pick dude...you dont have a bag and be the number 1 pick...listen to what you are posting

K Mart wasn’t a bucket getter. Only person who made him look like a scorer was Kurt Thomas stiff ass as a Knick in the playoffs. It was the only series I saw K Mart look like a scoring NBA PF
