Additionally, I cant see Bron or KD becoming petty as All time Superstars as a whole are used to being shyt on and generally just want to retire in peace. Kobe, KAJ, Magic, Bird, Duncan, Hakeem and Russell have all been mostly quiet regarding their feelings on the newer generation of players. Or actively praising and helping/coaching/managing the next generation, in the case Magic, Kobe, Dunc, Bird and Hakeem.
Outside of Shaq and Charles, Jordan is pretty much the only guy youll find consistent quotes on reaffirming his status as GOAT. But even then its professional and good natured, he's not shytting on Lebron or Kobe.

I feel like they're going to need to scheme out a replacement show for that prime time slot before long man. nikkas starting to get tired of Charles, Shaq's constant hating has never been been liked, and I don't know if they'd be willing to just run it with Ernie and Kenny until they find a few more old heads. I'd prefer they go young, aka freshly retired blood, but it's up to them.
Finding some good orators in that T-Mac, Penny generation, would do something for them. Not too many big names from there that aren't coaching or doing something equally as intensive though. Vince....maybe you can throw the bag at Iverson. Rasheed Wallace?

As an old head, I hate how some old heads speak on younger players. I call them out all of the time, acting like they were flawless or minimizing the flaws of their heydays. Shaq didn’t have what it took until Phil came and Kobe matured.
It seems that he tried to use it to motivate Mitchell, but it came off stupid and awkward. Just RESPECTFULLY issue him a challenge like Kobe did with Freak (get MVP) Tatum, and DeRozen. See how they turned out? Boy got 2 MVPs and Tatum almost got his team to the finals. Like Bron said, it’s the delivery.
