KD, Brons and Curry have cemented themselves as the top 3. Stop it with this nonsense.
I can't put curry top 3 when he don't play any fukking defense.

How you got your 2 guard taking your man for entire series and shyt.

Best offensive player in the league. Yes. But who can he stop from doing anything? What superstar would you say "yo put curry on him and shut him down"

Steve Nash didn't win the first unanimous MVP in league history on his way to a championship ring and a 73-9 season. Steve Nash didn't have a season that had people wondering if he was offensively better than Michael Jordan.

You know who else didn't?

Russell Westbrook.

Lmao @ unanimously rigged MVP due to anti-Lebron sentiments. And James Harden was robbed for the first one. Enough said.

How do you feel about Magic

Westbrook is historically great rn, not a good defender

It's easy for him because now you can't double team him with all the shooters GS has.

Curry had the better season than Harden on the first MVP. Much more efficient and his team had the best record in the league.

And it's unfortunate that instead of appreciating the otherworldly season Curry had last season, you are thinking about LeBron James.

Magic who played 5 positions included guarding a center on the way to a ring?

Still ain't top 3 all time but definitely top 10.

My greats played both sides of the ball. If you do 1 thing better than everyone. I'm not going to put you over someone who does 2 things better than most

At this point I don't see how anyone can't see why he made the move. The game is much easier for him in a ball movement system. He's efficiently killing while on the team that leads the league in assists and scoring.

Even the haters must acknowledge this.

It's also much easier when the offense consists of Klay, Steph, Draymond, and Bogut so nikkaz can't really focus on you. He is forever relegated to Scottie Pippen status in my eyes

Magic started that game at center for the jump ball. He didn't play it the entire game and the Lakers couldn't survive with him taking on that type of defensive role. He was often hidden when facing quick guards and was better suited to guard forwards rather than his own position. Definitely didn't play defense better than most and earned his legacy with his offensive greatness. Same with Oscar Robertson

I'm sure you consider Dirk Nowitzki to be an all time great despite his defensive limitations. When your offense is that gamechanging, it can make up for a lot of flaws you have on the other end of the court.

edit: barkley is worth mentioning too

No. But what does that have to do with him being better than Harden and Westbrook? He's better than both.

Just saying MVP isn't always the right yardstick to measure on how good a player is.

Curry has the luxury of playing on a great team and in a system that doesn't make him the focal point of the offence due to how they move the ball. Durant is benefiting from that now as well and his shooting % is greater than Curry's.

Curry on OKC and Rockets won't even have a winning record.:russ:

Curry is the most overrated NBA player since Nash and Wolves' Kevin Love.

Curry is the leader of the team that won 67 games and a championship in 2015 and won 73 games and made it to the finals in 2016. Won two straight MVPs and shattered numerous of three-point records. Neither Nash and Love has over come close to Curry's accomplishment in the league.
