This is what is wrong in the NBA today. KD may feel that he can go and Bron as hard as anyone else but him working out with him prevents that. Even if he thinks he is going hard at him, his subconscious is probably like nah that's my boy dont' wanna embarass him on this play? I think it's a bit of that MJ Barkley dynamic. KD/Barkley just thinks he is working out with a friend whose trying to improve, while Bron/MJ are probably seeking out your weaknesses so he can exploit them. I don't see KD getting a ring with LeBron around.

And LeBron can play another 5-7 years at this level and get 4-5 championships. KD ain't beating Bron till he gets a post game turns into a dominant force. Right now, he gets buckets and FTs but I hate to say it but sometimes it feels like he puts up empty stats... last year's finals felt no impact from KD..aside from Game 1
