So Durant and Barkley can't play their hardest because they're hanging out with LeBron and Mike, but LeBron and Mike can play their hardest even though they're hanging out with Durant and Barkley? :mindblown:

Ultra competitive motherfukkers go out EVERYBODY hard; sometimes they go at the people close to them the hardest... parents, siblings, friends, teammates, etc.

I've never had a problem with a player wanting to train with the best player in their league. It only makes logical sense.

Durant and Barkley have a friendly type demeanor where they seem like they would take it easy on a friend. While MJ and Bron are the cold calculating type who would use them working out to their advantage. Not saying that u can't ball out against your practice partner but it's not a good look to me. That's why i fukk with Kobe as i have gotten older. I bet he ain't practice with AI T-Mac and Vince back in the day.

Thats their character flaw. If they take it easy on "people they like" or "friends" it doesn't matter i they train together or not. Just the same as if a nikka is a killer, he don't give a fukk if yall friends either he gonna get in ya ass.

Where are nikkas getting this "take it easy"/"can't go hard" on someone close to you shyt from. :wtf: Me and my brothers should have permanent injuries from some of the shyt we did to each other as kids on the court.

I don't see how anyone could have seen last years Finals and question how hard Durant goes at Bron. Durant went plenty hard at Lebron, he just wasn't good enough. Same with Barkley back in 93. He played his ass off he just wasn't as good as Mike.

:heh: at Bron being cold and calculated. Just a year ago he was soft and didn't have what it took to get it done in the clutch and get a team over the hump and KD was the cold-blooded killer. Seriously this was the narrative entering the Finals and now it's completely flipped. :mindblown:

What is really funny is that the narrative continued through game 1 after the Thunder won and KD did his thing. Everybody was on KD's nuts. 4 losses and 4 similar performances by KD later and this nikka is "soft" and doesn't have the right "mindset/demeanor". :dead: If Battier goes ice cold instead of scorching throughout the series or any other of a variety of things that influenced the outcome of the series change (save Bron's performance) and the Thunder win shyt would be completely flipped. Bron would be the nikka who can't go hard on his friend and KD would be the calculating killer. nikkas kill me creating their own narratives irrespective to what actually happened.
