Maybe.

But I get the feeling that what happened last year was as good as it was going to get. They had every advantage in the series and blew it. 2013 Westbrook gets hurt, 2014 Ibaka gets hurt, 2015 Durant gets hurt, last year they were finally healthy for a playoff run and couldn't get the job done. And I think after 9 years you should have the right to move on to greener pastures, whether you think it was a "bytch move" or not, it can't be denied that he went to a better situation :manny:

Most def he went to a better situation even though it was some fraud shyt can't knock him for utilizing his free agent rights

You can't, on one hand, applaud Sam Hinkie and the 76ers for tanking and throwing away 4 seasons, and encourage other playoff teams (Hawks, Raptors, clippers, pacers) to "blow it up" and do the same, yet cry like a bytch about parity and the same teams on top. I blame the fans mostly for accepting franchises tanking. The vets that these teams are letting go gotta go somewhere right?

That's not entirely true, the Celtics or Wizards with KD would have a very real chance of beating the Cavs.

The Thunder would have lost to the Cavs last year. Can't imagine either team with KD being better than last years OKC. Either way that's not KD responsibility. Washington and Boston both got problems that drove KD away. He did what's best for him

He's right. And if dummies understood what parity and competitive balance really are they would agree.
Well dummies need to understand that the beef with Durant's decision isn't about "parity". People have a problem with dude joining a 73 win back to back finals team led by a back to back once unanimous mvp, that had just eliminated his contending team the season before. Parity has absolutely nothing to do with it. There wasn't parity in the league last year when he was on the thunder either. What these comments expose is that dude is realizing that the backlash hasn't let up and it isn't going to let up even if the warriors win:heh: It's ironic because public perception is one of the justifications that was thrown out to defend his decision. He used pressure put on players to win rings to justify jumping on the warriors bandwagon but it might not play out the way that he thought.

Clear bad mojo hanging over that team. Add in the fact that if he was gonna resign it would've had to be 3-4 years to keep the cloud of if he's gonna leave from hovering, and it just made sense for him to go. On top of that, if you're leaving, you take every step to accomplish your goal. His goal is win titles. Therefore he should try to play on the best team he can play on. Anything else is simply hustling backwards.

3 elite teams is better then two, had his bytch ass stayed with the Thunder they couldve had a conpetitive matchup with them and Golden State

Hes right about other teams being :trash: but he sounds like hes irritated all the time. I hope Bron snatches what heart he has from him in the finals :gladbron:

Who cares why he joined them.

The warriors gave up some players to sign KD.

Are you saying this current warriors team is better than the Kobe/Shaq lakers? Or 2013 heat? Or the bulls? Just compare the rosters. Are you shytting on Bron for playing on a good team? Or Kobe? KD joining the warriors did not make them this all time great team.

KD did nothing wrong. He smartened up and realized he had to join a better team. OKC made the playoffs, but that doesn't guarantee anything, because even play off teams have no shot at winning the title (Clippers). NBA has too many trash teams and not enough talent to fill them all. Owners got greedy, expanded, and the league is watered down as a result. Only way you're seeing a title is by joining a top 2-3 Nba team. KD is right.

If one player can affect competetive balance, then that is a league issue.

Baseball doesn't have this problem. Phillies tried to sign all those stars a few years back and no one said anything. Dodgers did the same thing and there were no complaints

NBA needs to cut down on teams. Not KDs fault.
