Prenups are so weak. So many ways to challenge them. In Cali where they got married I believe you have to wait 7 days between presenting the prenup and singing. Then they have to have their own independent lawyer. And after all that a judge can still deem the terms "unconscionable".

If I'm KG I'm offering her like $5 million right now to end it. It's only been 6 months and he's already down $300k in her legal fees, not even mentioning what his are.

Most pre nups have a cheating clause and dude had HOES.

Even if it doesn’t have a cheating clause the courts may void it if infidelity is proven against him.
