I guess this is the :flabbynsick:part of my story in rap chuz I just don't understand. The Kardashian/Trump era of American History where all fukkery is allowed, and the more ass backwards you are the more successful you become:wow:

I checked out some of that mixtape where he was imitating the dumbest Italian in The Godfather. The one that got strangled and shat himself in his dying moments.

Has he made anything impressive?

He's made a lot of great songs, if you listened to Luca Brasi Vol. 1 or 2 and didn't like them it's probably not for you though.

That being said I'll post a couple of my favorite songs from him:

#21? Wow, I don't really hear dude like that out here or know people that are fans/know him outside of his antics. I think his album moved mad units too maybe he just not that big where I'm from.
I'm not surprised. I think Gates has the ability to take Meeks lane on a bigger level

White people love Kevin Gates music. Myself included.

I've been saying Kevin Gates when it comes to music he's the street/good version of Drake. He makes the kind of music Drake wishes he could make street+relationship stuff. Gates can rap his ass off & sing. Gates also touches on his emotions from a self awareness perspective a lot more, depression, etc. everything Drake has sculpted and tried to make himself be is Kevin Gates.
