There are no black republicans to deprogram from blindly voting republican. Certainly not enough to worry about,or quite frankly are worth the trouble. At this point they would have to be too far gone to vote Republicans. For Democrats only 30% of black people are too far gon in my estimate. The rest can be talked off the plantation,where they can then begin to hold Democrats responsible,and actually get some policy for their loyalty
